Ionia put their money where their mouth is, and I respect that. So I'll shut up then. I don't have the link to change my vote for the alliance vote (which was non-binding so thankfully now that I know you are absolutely sincere next time I can know better) I wanna add more, but I'll put my money where my mouth is and shut up now. |

It sorta is a tricky slope with SI because after speaking with nagg I learned that the vote to support ionias petition failed by 2 votes meaning that mainly those who were vocal on the forums about helping ionia did indeed vote that way. But at the same time the silent majority for some reason wishes to go with bilge and not state why but at the same time for the lore event everyone agreed to help ionia with the books but give the gauntlet away to syndra in turn screwing ionia. IMO we have a 50/50 battle going on inside of SI right now where haft the people don't ever talk or voice any opinion and pretty much vote the exact opposite of the other 50. Im not saying that they don't have the right to do this because in all honesty its what I use to do when I first stated factions but it does get frustrating when you see clear and concise reasoning as to why SI should do something and suddenly we find ourselves doing the exact opposite for no reason at all. It sorta makes me feel like my votes not gonna matter because the silent majority will always win no matter what we say or do. That's how I feel at least also not sure if i should of said this hear or in the new summoners topic sorta rambled on a bit sorry about that. |

I feel you a bit on that in Bilge. While we aren't quite as bad off as you, a sudden influx of players voted for GP to lead on the leader consideration polls, which frightens the veterans of the arc, who have been pulling for MF or Nami (mostly Nami, but both sides are open to the other leading), and we might just have to all unite under one of their flags just to ensure GP doesn't get in on the next vote. |

Bilgewater is actively trying to move away from being "the pirate faction" and towards representing all maritime interests. Seriously, we have one pirate on our roster. It's like calling Ionia "the undead faction" because they have a lich among them. |

Honestly, I like Bilgewater under Nami. She's the kind of woman that can really make a Splash in Politics. not to mention she's a good Swimmer. If you Catch her in the Moonlight she's perhaps one of the most beautiful non-humans out there. And have you heard her Singing? Okay, done with Puns. I feel like Bilgewater, from a Lore Standpoint, is doing extremely well with Nami, and that they should keep her because they are willing to help others assuming you don't treat them like drunken pirates (it helps them that Cupcake actually is giving you the option to do so instead of 'Being More Selfish or Less Selfish') They aren't the stereotypical 'Yo Ho and a Bottle of Rum!' Pirates that they were originally, they are now a legitimate political faction and extremely respectable. Sure we kind of hate they've been in the lead so long and MAYBE they got a bit Cocky since I left League, but I honestly like where they are going with Lore. It would be a shame to see them go to Gangplank instead, because they really seem like the faction I'd sit down and have a few shotglasses of Vodka with, while still being the one I want to stand besides not just because they are winning but they are just Cool in general. Of course some part of me now feels bad for hurting Ionia, when they've proven they are willing to trust us and we just fuck them over (sure, we Helped then with the Monastery and didn't backstab them, but then we did that Other Thing and WHILE I DO LIKE THAT THING it's a Net Loss for Ionia) When Ionia voted to support us (even though we theoretically didn't need it) they repaid us for anything they did before (which I will now be fair, no one really got what they wanted out of that because it only ran for eight hours and was Poorly Executed and I HOPE TO GOD NEXT TIME WE EXPERIMENT WITH A THING WE AT LEAST GIVE A ONE DAY WINDOW) I don't hold a grudge, in fact now I feel GUILTY over how I've been treating Ionia, we've gone from being the Victim to being the Oppressors, mostly because of a Silent Majority that isn't willing to talk over what we want to do next or even tell us why. I want to help both Bilgewater and Ionia, Ionia because we've wronged them horribly, and Bilgewater because I actually LIKE them and they can give us stuff we need (They were extremely helpful with their Navy, we would have probably failed our lore event without their Naval Assistance) I don't hold any specific opinion of the Frejlord because they have done essentially nothing, if anything to us this arc so my opinion of them is Neutral, but Ionia and Bilgewater I'd really like to be friends with now. The problems with that I don't think Shadow isles can make up for doing this (unless we literally spilled forth every secret we have and then promise to pay them back by taking Sanctions ala Bandle City) and then there's the Silent Majority that votes for what it wants and never telling us so we don't even know what the overall faction is thinking and we have to look at their votes and make guesses based on that.
