A young acolyte bows as you approach. "Greetings, Summoner. I confess your face is yet unfamiliar to me. May I ask your name?"
He opens the register book and wets a quill. Will you sign?

If we win, do we get to make the pirates our eternal slaves?

No, but you stop us from practically winning the arc here.

I reserve the right to be loudly opinionated on subjects I am completely ignorant of

I'm giving Bilgewater 80% chance of winning the Tournament overall, and a 65% of winning per game. With these odds in place, that means odds are 4:1 against Ionia winning Tournamnet, and 1.5:1 (slightly rounded, in favor of those betting on the underdog of course) against Ionia winning each game individually.

Anyone who wants to place your bets on this, set on up. Currency from Demacia, Noxus, Zaun, and Piltover accepted (and winnings can be paid in any of those currency forms as well). If someone doesn't have the funds to place a bet as large as they would like to, the upfront payment can be stayed, so long as you sign ownership of your soul over the the Shadow Isles as collateral. (Don't worry, we won't take custody of your soul unless you lose your bets and fail to pay up within 1 hour after the tournament's conclusion. At which point, the Shadow Isles will claim your soul for its own.)

Bilgewater is pretty much undefeated. I doubt there's a point to predictions.

I'm not making predictions, just calculating odds so people can place bets.

Any takers? The soul as collateral option is a pretty sweet deal.

We've GOT to have GOLD
The thing is, if I place a bet on Ionia and they win, I cut my losses from my faction losing...

Joking aside. I've been quite impressed with Ionia's team. If they end up making an upset and victory, I wouldn't be too surprised honestly, though it would be impressive still.

Mike, I offer my body as collateral (not my soul, I still have stuff to do with that).

The Weeaboo in me wants to see Ionia win, but the Factioner wants Bilgewater.

If I didn't love Karthus and the Shadow Isles in general Ionia was definitely my second go-to, even though I also like Nautilus Jungle...
