so i was wondering why ez and rek'si or how ever you spell it (%$#@!$%#%$#@%$#@) any way was wondering why they are both secondary's i know rek is a void monster but she lives in Shurima and ez is a treasure hunter but would he want to work and rebuild Shurima since he has probably some of the most advanced knowledge for the place and correct em if im wrong but isn't siver a merc or is she from there? |

Rek'Sai is a Void monster who lives in Shurima, yes. The difficulty come when you consider the fact that she is seen to be a non-sentient being, unlike the other Voidborn on Runeterra. This means that she has little concern for politics or the inter-factions conflicts Factions focuses on, and is more interested in eating whatever comes into her territory. Post-Great Retcon Lore: Making things more difficult for us since 2014. Ezreal is usually affiliated with Piltover, but his position as a professional explorer means he gets to be a secondary for a few places, especially Shurima (ancient ruins, yay!). He's definitely spent a lot of time in the Shuriman ruins, and intermission rosters are supposed to be all-inclusive anyway, so it really doesn't take that much justification in general. Sivir a merc, but since the Shurima update has been revealed to be a descendant of Azir and last in the royal lineage of Shurima. She still retains her profession (merc) and personality from before, though. |

Sivir is like a descendant of Azir or something from my pitiful knowledge of the subject (didn't watch the little cutscenes for Ascension). Ezrael mapped out the territory or something I believe, and the relic he obtained that gave him magic powers may have been Shuriman in nature (again, poor knowledge, but this is NOT from Ascension guaranteed). Rek'Sai lives in Shurima, and it only takes a tentative connection to be on the Intermission roster, as we want to have a broad category of champions to play (ie: Mao can be played by Isles, even though he is largely against the whole undeath thing). So, she might hunt whatever is in her domain, but it is currently her home, and may protect it from intruders (kind of like a 'this is MY prey and hunting grounds, leave them alone!' deal, but I'm not sure how smart she really is). Edit: I have been ninja'd Edited by Wizard996, Feb 20 2015, 10:55 PM.

That's why Ezreal is secondary for Shurima. |
