We've GOT to have GOLD
So I was watching a video that gave 10 league champions that could carry standalone games and what they would be. For those interested: Here, though this definitely isn't one of the creator's better works.

The one that by far stood out more than any other idea was the one for Soraka, and I got to thinking of all the possibilities a game like this could have.
4:00 in the video, he gives a condensed and REALLY dumbed-down version of the Soraka/WW story and says: In this game, Soraka has to continue healing and saving people across Valoran... With Warwick hunting her.

Soraka: The psychological horror game.
Having to balance the healing and helping of others with the fact that you're being chased by an increasingly ruthless, increasingly powerful, and increasingly bloodthirsty monster. The dilemmas of having to choose whether to risk yourself by helping just one more person, having to decide who to save and who to leave for dead, and how to deal with it.

I could see multiple endings too, and not just "Good" and "bad" ending or "Light" and "Dark" ending. Like, Irelia offers to hunt and kill warwick, but Soraka has to promise to never heal a noxian and to aid a counter-invasion. Warwick tries to appeal to Soraka and offers to retire peacefully at the cost of her life--and honestly means to (Being stuck as as wolf and losing your sanity would break anyone.) Soraka actively tries to kill warwick at the cost of all her remaining powers. That kind of interesting endings.

Not to mention the scenarios and challenges the skills of both allow. Both rush towards wounded targets, both are mobile, both are very resillient, but Soraka needs to plan hr moves carefully, as Warwick starts getting faster the more she's hurt.

The kind of game that would only take 6-8 hours to complete but has honest replay value telling yourself "I want to try harder to save that child he butchered" or "What if I had went out saving every last person in that village WW and Singed nuked?"

Idunno. I thought it was a cool idea to share with y'all. I'd buy it alongside Draven: Arena Combat, Nami: Underwater level that doesn't suck, and Jinx: BLOW STUFF UP.

I reserve the right to be loudly opinionated on subjects I am completely ignorant of

A game the guy didn't mention, but one that I think would be really cool, would be to have a game based in Noxus. In the game you would make choices to help either Riven and the Reformists, Swain and the new industrial Noxus, or trying to crush Demacia. Several various endings based on how much you focus on each objective.

Helping Swain could give more Zaunite tech, money, status, troops, etc at a cost of you have to slaughter innocents or our own troops; helping Riven would grant new and more powerful weapons but would result in being hunted down by the Noxian soldiers; and if you caused too much turmoil at home while ignoring Demacia they could end up with a major invasion while you got the two Noxian sub-factions fighting each other.

You could focus solely on destroying Demacia and ignore the internal politics if you wanted, but you risk either Swain using and betraying you for his own goals (something along the lines ofbombing your troops to inflict damage on the Demacians), or the Reformists ambushing you so they can weaken Swain's forces. You could also try to set up forces that support Swain or Riven to get slaughtered in a fight with Demacia; it would be a way to really hurt one side, but if they survive you have to worry about them wanting revenge on you.

The protagonist could be either a Noxian soldier, or a champion from Noxus without strong ties to either the Reformists or Swain.

Alternatively, you could just give Riven her own game where she tries to overthrow Swain, but the idea of being able to choose a side and affecting the outcome seems more appealing to me.

Soraka: The psychological horror game.
I would buy and play the everloving crap out of that game.

It would need to have Silent Hill 2 style of endings, where the ending you get is not determined by a specific choice you make, but by tracking several hidden factors as you play. For example:

For Life: Spend most of the game under 50% health, save over 90% of the innocents. Bittersweet Ending.
To Heal And Protect: Stay above 90% health all game, save over 90% of the innocents. Good-ish Ending.
Let's Make This Fun: Save less than 50% of the innocents, take over [big number] points of damage from Warwick throughout the game. BAD ENDING.
Have Hope: Fight Warwick every time he threatens an innocent (and only at those times), save [Important NPC], over 90% of the innocents you saved must have been saved with your Wish power. Best Ending?
It's Only Fun If They Run: Choose to escape or hide from Warwick at every confrontation, no other ending criteria met. Neutral Ending.
Violence Cannot Go Unanswered: Choose to fight Warwick at every confrontation, no other ending criteria met. Bittersweet Ending.
This Ends... Now: Be indecisive regarding fighting Warwick or fleeing/hiding, no other ending criteria met. BAD ENDING.

I feel like this puts players in a situation where they HAVE to stay consistent, or else they are forced to go for saving innocents and such. For example, someone might choose to fight WW at high health, but then start to flee as it takes it's toll. I suppose in this way WW is succeeding in defeating the player, but if they save like 89% innocents, I just feel like all their accomplishments are moot.
Perhaps another ending as well: He who Hunts monsters: save less than 20% innocents, fight WW (and defeat?) at every opportunity (or something similar).

Well, the idea IS to reward behavioural consistency instead of calculating whatever is most productive at the time.

My idea for how the endings turn out is roughly like this:

For Life: The innocents that Soraka has saved come to her rescue when Warwick finally corners her. They fight Warwick to keep her alive, and she sacrifices herself to heal them all. Both Warwick and Soraka die.
To Heal And Protect: Same as For Life, but Soraka does not need to sacrifice herself to keep everyone healed. Because she didn't get to low health, Warwick wasn't bloodlusted enough to keep fighting against the odds, so he manages to limp away, almost dead. They both live, but he will not be troubling anyone for a long, long time.
Let's Make This Fun: Warwick corners Soraka and taunts her about her failure to save lives. He taunts her about how he was always one step ahead. However, because Warwick spent so much time gloating over Soraka and driving her to despair, he gives her time to commit suicide in a way that destroys her body completely, depriving him of her heart. Warwick lives, but it won't be long before he becomes a simple beast.
Have Hope: Soraka plans a trap for Warwick with the help of [Important NPC]. She prepares an astral ritual and when Warwick comes for her, she directs all of her power against him. The magic, instead of harming Warwick, actually heal him of his affliction, burns away several years of age, and completely erase his memory, leaving him as an amnesiac young man. [Important NPC] takes Warwick under wing, gives him another name, and sets him on the path towards a new life. Because Soraka didn't harm Warwick, she retains her powers.
It's Only Fun If They Run: Warwick tries to corner Soraka, but she is always one step ahead. The two continue running, with Soraka never able to rest and Warwick never able to catch her. The status quo is preserved.
Violence Cannot Go Unanswered: Soraka turns the tables on Warwick, hunts him down relentlessly and corners him. Using up the remainder of her power, she blasts him into ashes with pure starlight, losing all her powers in the process. We fast-forward some years to see a human Soraka preparing herbal remedies for people and practising old-fashioned chirurgy. In her humble abode as a village healer, we see in one of the walls a bunch of monster-hunting paraphernalia (blessed water, silver daggers, holy symbols, silver arrows, etc.).
This Ends... Now: Warwick corners Soraka, he kills her and takes her heart, becoming fully human but able to "wolf out" at will. His human form is also stronger and tougher than a normal man, and his brilliance in the field of alchemy returns. He goes back to Zaun, where he is welcomed with open arms.
