A young acolyte bows as you approach. "Greetings, Summoner. I confess your face is yet unfamiliar to me. May I ask your name?"
He opens the register book and wets a quill. Will you sign?

Restless relentlessly.
I max Q. It reduces the cooldown and doesn't increase the mana cost. More ball mobility!
W's cooldown stays the same and the mana cost is quite high at higher ranks.

Yeah, saw the UoL game with that. So silly. She's a safe laner so she can build up the items fairly easy, and mid game she becomes all about auto attacks. Then she just builds straight AP, which has been buffed thanks to the increased Deathcap passive.

It's a heck of a lot easier to use a teammate as an Ult-positioning device then it is to place it with Q. Friends tend to move faster with their engages

Yeah, if you E Vi as she's about to ult/already ulting someone, you can get an easy R on at least one person. You can also do this with Jayce if he starts Vayning out and goes in with hammer mode. If we get Xin, you can use him as well.

I wouldn't actually recommend balling Naut, because his hitbox is pretty big and it feels like you lose AoE, but that's just my impression.

HA! This has yet to happen in any match with Vi and Ori.

E self.

Flash into enemy team.

Push R as they try to jump on you.

Easy 4-5 man ult.

There's a specific moment in teamfights where people get stupid and clump up. This is usually about a second or two after initiation starts. Somebody will invariably be retreating, and somebody will be rushing in to the fight, and there will be an overlap.

The trick is not to aim your q at somebody to ult them, but to aim the q to the path with the highest traffic. You use the threat of ult as zoning to create the horns of a dilemna: they rush in to be ulted, or they take a slower route or abandon the objective/teammate. And if they take the slower route, your ball is still in a good position to reposition quickly for the ult. Meanwhile, if it's an enemy that's caught, the ball forces them to take a different, often longer or more resource consuming path.

Optimal ball placement should have a yellow arrow pointing from you towards it. This is outside q range for more range of denial, but positioned overall closer to max q range for faster safe repositioning. If you need to reposition it more on top of you, e is faster than q travel time, and lets you still readjust afterwards if the threat still isn't on top of you.

A more intuitive way to describe the ball, imagine that the ball is a mini tank mumu. Where would a tanky mumu best disrupt the fight? That's probably the optimal place for the ball to be.
